Short and simple today folks. A couple of weeks ago my parents dropped off this beauty to me...
It's my grandfather's desk. They don't have the room for it so I graciously volunteered to house it. I love it. I love having something that belonged to my grandfather.
I had planned on completely refinishing it but I don't quite have the time right now. Instead, I'm just going to clean it up and have a glass top cut for it. I think I may do a fun design under the glass too. Maybe with scrapbook paper or wrapping paper. We'll see.

Danielle, that is such a gorgeous desk! I love the turned legs and the beautiful, old hardware. It is nice that it has sentimental value too :)
